As English learners, we have the alphabet clearly in our mind, in order, from a very young age. You can say the ABCs【小题1】rapid speed and some people can even say them backwards without 【小题2】(think)about it. We certainly can't imagine the alphabet being in any other order. but how did the order we know today come to be?

Our alphabet can date back to ancient Egypt. So why that order? While we don’t know for sure. some scholars assumed that the order came from memory cells in our brains meant 【小题10】(help)people remember it-some kind of sentence where each letter became a full word, like the technique you used in school to remember the order of the planets.
